Terms of Use

By using ZmPay, you acknowledge and agree that:

ZmPay provides payment processing services and is not a bank or financial institution.

Funds are processed through licensed third-party financial partners when required by law.

ZmPay reserves the right to request additional verification documents from merchants to comply with EU anti-fraud regulations.

Unauthorized or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension and may be reported to regulatory authorities.

 

Refund Policy

ZmPay offers a limited 30-day refund guarantee, subject to internal approval and deductions. Refunds are capped at 90% of the original plan and may be issued as service credit. Setup and administrative fees are non-refundable. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.


Limitation of Liability

ZmPay shall not be held liable for losses caused by misuse, unauthorized access, third-party service disruptions, or client-side technical failures.

Service availability is guaranteed within reasonable industry standards, but interruptions due to maintenance, force majeure, or network issues may occur.

Clients agree that use of ZmPay is at their own responsibility, subject to the policies outlined herein.

 

Privacy & Data Protection

All personal and financial data is handled in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

ZmPay does not sell or misuse client data. Information is only shared with trusted financial partners when required for processing or regulatory compliance.

 

Governing Law

This policy and all ZmPay services are governed by the laws of France and the European Union, subject to the jurisdiction of French and EU courts.
