Refund Policy – ZmPay

At ZmPay, we are committed to delivering reliable, secure, and transparent payment solutions. While we strive to ensure every client is satisfied with our services, refunds are handled under the following strict conditions:

General Terms

ZmPay offers a 30-day limited money-back guarantee, applicable only if services have not been delivered as promised.

Refunds are not automatic and remain subject to internal review and approval.

Setup fees, administrative charges, and one-time costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Eligibility for Refund Consideration

A client may submit a refund request if one of the following issues occurs:

Extended delays in support response (beyond reasonable timelines).

Failure to deliver the contracted service in its core functionality.

Unresolved technical issue caused solely by ZmPay (and not by third-party providers, client error, or network issues).

Exclusions (Non-Refundable Cases)

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

Services were delivered and functional but did not meet the client’s “personal expectations.”

Hidden terms or policies were overlooked by the client before purchase.

Additional add-ons or marketing services were provided, regardless of perceived value.

Communication delays caused by the client (unanswered calls, missed emails, incorrect details provided).

Misuse of services, policy violations, or fraudulent activity.

Refund Amount & Processing

Any approved refund is subject to deductions for setup fees, administrative costs, and resource usage.

Refunds are capped at a maximum of 90% of the original plan, at ZmPay’s discretion.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval.

ZmPay reserves the right to offer service credit instead of a direct monetary refund.

Final Authority

All refund decisions are made solely by ZmPay’s management.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

ZmPay reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, repeated requests, or unreasonable claims.
